Construction
We provide you with an architectural plan that sets out your demand to be then checked with the local authorities. This stage is made to give ideas and proposals for the use of the building.
After the proposal is chosen and checked from the local authorities we then prepare detailed project documents containing building information for the architecture, structure, pipework and electrics.
In the last stage we usually meet the main contractor and the subcontractors to plan the construction of the building. We then monitor the whole construction process in a periodical matter.
