OUR TEAM
Archline Atelier is an architectural and a building engineering firm based in Kosovo. The quarters were established in 2004 by the founder Mr Muhamed Nekoviqi who has been involved with architectural planning for 22+ years working as a lead architect in numerous projects including commercial, residential, industrial and social buildings. At the moment Archline Atelier deals with the design of buildings in all stages and it offers the following services

MUHAMED NEKOVIQI, dipl. eng. arch
Mr. Muhamed Nekoviqi who is also the lead architect at Archline Atelier has been involved in architecture and planning since he graduated in 2001 at the University of Prishtina. Prior to the university studies, He earned a part-time position working for his father's company "North" Construction Enterprise from 1996 until 2000 in an architectural practice role. After his graduation, He worked for Dutch Relief & Rehabilitation Agency and then was appointed in the role of a Senior Construction Engineer at Care International Kosovo working in two major projects. In 2004 Muhamed Nekoviqi founded Archline Atelier and until now he has led multiple medium to large size projects, promoting excellence in design and construction.
ARCHITECT
SHQIPE NEKOVIQI, BSc
Mrs. Shqipe Nekoviqi has been with the archline office since its establishment. She works as an architect and has been involved in here in several projects with an emphasis in interior design where she puts most of her effort.

GRADUATE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
DREN GASHI, BSc (HONS)
Mr. Dren Gashi has finished his studies with high grades at the University of Westminster in London. Parallel to his studies Dren worked for 3 years in the role of a CAD technician at L&B Joinery and was then involved in a site engineer role for the construction of the Brewery Bridge in Norfolk. In 2017 Dren earned an internship in a well-known Structural Engineering consultancy in London where he had the chance to work in a few projects as a Junior Structural Engineer designing steel, masonry and temporary structures. Dren was also involved in a refurbishment project of a church in Horsens, Denmark and he is now responsible for the structural design of buildings designed at our office.

MEP ENGINEER
Mr. Agron Tigani is one of our external collaborators who assists with the design and work of drainage and water supply systems. He at the moment works at the office of water services for the town of Peja.

Mr. Kenan Krasniqi works as an external lead structural engineer for our company. Hence, he checks all calculations and analysis developed by our internal team. He also has worked as the main engineer in a lot of our projects until now, and we are quite thankful for his honourable expertise which was offered to us.

Mr. Bashkim Osmanaj is responsible for the design of electrics in the technical phase of project development. He has worked with us in many projects until now.
SURVEYING ENGINEER

Mr. Roland Merxha conducts his work at Geostonex and he is currently engaged with all surveying and setting-out duties signed by our team.
