Kelmendi Residence is one of the most unique domestic projects that we dealt with. It is so because the client required the team to prepare a design that uses rather rare tones and colours which are not used in most domestic projects in the town. Hence, this building is characterised by a unique architecture that is notable from others surrounding it. 

In terms of the spatial arrangement, the building contains a good office area which at the moment is being used by our team, the archline atelier team.
