The main medical practice of Peja is found at a very suitable location at the center of Peja town. The project was signed by the goverment and the municipality of Peja and our office was appointed to conduct the work for design only in stage 1 and 2. Unfortunately, due to unknown matters the Contracting Authority did not sign the procurement document with us in stage 3, and the following construction works, in our opinion changed what was designed for worse.
