The Milena Condotel project is located in a highly suitable area just 270 meters from the beach close to the shores of the well-known “Velika Plaza” . The client instructed the team at Archline Office to present the proposals for its objectives of building a new complex containing amenities that will represent the nature of a mixed use building including the concept of a condotel. The client required the preparation of a concept design as the first stage of the proposals towards the application process to the local authorities of Ulcinj, Montenegro.

In general, the architecture proposed is formed by the “Gallery System” bringing benefits to the user and the flow of the occupants within the property. The building occupies an area of 1858.20 meters square spanning 12,30 meters by 160 meters from east to west hence containing favourable faces of the façade that get direct sunlight from the south and remarkable views of the Adriatic Sea.
